    Re-installing Reunion 10

I'm sorry if this is covered elsewhere, I did search but had no luck. My Mac is at the computer hospital getting a new hard drive. I'm not actually sure what OS they will install, since it's older, either 10.6 or 10.7 I imagine. I have a backup on time machine of my Reunion files. How do I go about re-installing Reunion 10 once I get my computer back?

Thanks for any advice or directions,

    Katharine

When you restore from Time Machine, you will find that Reunion and all of your other applications and all of your files are ready for you to use. I've done several full restores (mostly for broken internal hard drives being replaced). The worst thing that happened was that I had to re-enter an ownership number on several programs.

Also, you didn't say what OS the broken hard drive was on. If it was old enough and they do install 10.6 or 10.7, you may have issues with old software that was running using Rosetta.

Thanks for the response Bob. I had 10.5.8 on the one that died. I guess I'm still not sure how to proceed here since I don't have an application to open. Are there steps detailed somewhere that I could follow?

If you are restoring the whole drive from a Time Capsule backup, you probably don't need to do anything else.

If that doesn't work for some reason:

I'd start by downloading the program at http://www.leisterpro.com/doc/versio...tes/update.php

Then if you need your license code but don't have it, (but you registered with Leister) see

Other questions may be answered at http://www.leisterpro.com/doc/versio.../questions.php

Reunion 10 should run under OS X version 10.5 or newer.
