Microsoft Word not opening

I am trying to create an Ahnentafel report but the document doesn't "Open". It says it is "Creating Report" and "Building the Index" with the blue bars going across to indicate that they are being finished/completed and then the bars disappear and the program opens and you see the pages of information. It has worked and then now it is not. I have recently upgraded to Reunion 10 and never had any problems when using REunion 9.
Box on the bottom says Destination - Microsoft Word
and "Open with Microsoft Word"

Suggestions?

It doesn't open when making a descendant report, either.

I seem to remember that this can be fixed by reselecting your word processor in Preferences. Certainly worth a try.

Reunion -> Preferences, Word Processor

Then select another word processor, and then switch it back to MS Word.

You're sort of forcing Reunion to "learn" what word processor you want to use again.

I had tried that and it didn't change things but I've tried again and it seems to have worked.
