Using an iPad "3" w/Reunion for iPad, MacBook w/ 10.8.2 w/Reunion 9:
After uploading the family file from the MacBook to the iPad via WiFi, I entered information in both the iPad file, and the MacBook file. When I again "synced" the files, the information updated on the MacBook was the only information that remained on the iPad aAND the MacBook file. The information that had been entered into the iPad was not in either file. Apparently, the iPad file had been replaced with the MacBook file on both platforms.
This of course is NOT a SYNC, but rather a replacement of a base file. Is this how the program works? Please let me know, as my intention was to use the iPad for recording "out of the office" research in a more unobtrusive manner. If this is the case, then that just won't work.
Thank you.
