no pictures in any report

I cannot get any photos to appear on any reports, not even person or family group sheets. The photos in question are marked as "preferred photos." They are jpeg, not large. They all appear on their respective family cards.
I noticed the advice given some months ago to Jason by Deb, i.e., "If the 'Create .rtfd files when needed' is checked, uncheck it." That box was already unchecked. So, I am at a loss. I used to be able to do this.

FYI, I have also been working with Mark Harrison over a different (though maybe related) issue; that is, I cannot get a Web Project to open in any of the file sharing apps like "Dropbox" or "Google Drive." Maybe there is a common file corruption causing both of these problems.

Have you changed word processors? What word processor are you using? Also try checking the rtfd box and see what happens, since your word processor may require the opposite setting from Jason's.
