iPad photos now sync, but to where?

Congrats on the new iPad version. I noticed that one of the new features is that you can connect photos taken on the iPad to individuals in your tree. Presumably these photos sync back to the Mac and are viewable in the Mac version. My question is that Reunion traditionally didn't keep copies of photos (just links to them) so where are these photos now located on the Mac?

Reunion 10 added thumbnails in addition to just links, but can it now manage images themselves? or does it just create a special folder of iPad photos?

Lastly, will this new feature make it to the iPhone version as well? I, and I think most people who have both, take many more photos with the iPhone. It has a better camera and it's always with me, so I really would like the ability to take photos of family and add them directly to their records in the tree. Thanks.

Pictures added to people in Reunion for iPhone and Reunion for iPad will be put into a special "iPad Pictures" folder on your Macintosh.

This folder is located in your Home / Pictures / Reunion Pictures folder.

I assume the iPad Pictures folder is in the Reunion Pictures folder which one can change the location in Preferences? I like to keep all my genealogy stuff in one folder to make backing up easier and wouldn't want it in ~/Pictures. If this isn't the case, then certainly I'd like to be able to set the location.

As a slightly more complex recommendation, I'd prefer to be able to define specific folders for Photos and Documents for each individual and family. This would allow linking my current file storage structure to Reunion's image management. If I add photos or documents to my current structure, Reunion could notice and ask me if I want to add that photo/document to the user's Media library. That could be optional of course

Reunion for iPhone 2.0, released at the end of January, includes this feature.
