Blank family card

I have clicked on something I shouldn't have! and my family cards are empty, save for the names. When I open someone, their info is there. Anyone know what I did and how to undo it and make the info visible again?!

Sounds like you changed your "View" (probably by typing "command-2"). Try typing "command-1"

Since changing the view did not help, I recommend you send your family file to us.

I.e., locate your family file in your Finder (perhaps in your Home/Documents/Reunion Files folder) and attach it to an email to me at...

sales@leisterpro.com

Be sure to include a note as a reminder of the problem.

We should be able to fix it for you and return the fixed family file to you via email. (Please do not do anything in your family file until you hear back from us.)
