Reunion quit-will not open

About a month ago I downloaded the 10.0.6 update and it quit on me and would not reopen. I shut it down hoping that would help as I had to be out of town. All I get on the tool bar is the name Reunion. Opening applications I get the notice that Reunion quit, try to reopen. I get nothing.

I have a recent copy on an external HD using Super Dooper. What would be the process to get it back on my computer. I also have a copy on my ipad mini.

The copy is up to date with the latest update except the 10.0.6.

The first thing to do would be to follow the instructions found under "Things to try..." in this FAQ.
