Pictures with records

I have discovered quite a few records that I have previously inserted pictures thru multimedia and iPhoto only to discover later that they are no longer visible as a picture
but a question icon. How can I get the picture to stay with the individual record? Is there a setting that I am missing to secure the picture with the record? Do I have to RE DO all
my photo records?

If you go in to the Reunion preferences and then click on Multimedia, then on the Locations Tab, you can click the Repair button to have Reunion try and find all the images and relink them.
