    Ahnentafel Report question

In generating a report this morning, I noticed that one couple listed the sex as well as the name, e.g. Maria Agnes Maloney (Female) and Michael O'Halloran (Male). The caption for their pictures also included the sex.
In my Pages report of a dozen generations this couple seems to be the only one with the sex listed.
Any ideas on what I might have done to have this happen?

    Thanks, Mick O'Halloran

    Re: Ahnentafel Report question

I just discovered that if I unchecked the couples "Private" boxes then everything seems to be normal.

It does leave me with another question. I am asked to input a report title which I do. But I can't see where that information is ever used. Where is the title information used?

    Thanks, Mick O'Halloran

The title is output to the report as a header. Unfortunately, not all word processors display the RTF header -- for example, you won't see the header in Pages or TextEdit, but you will see it in OpenOffice/LibreOffice.

      Hope that helps,

Thanks Mark. I knew there would be a simple explanation.
