Ancestor/descendant chart

I am sure that in a previous version of Reunion, you could make a chart that started at a certain person/generation and then it would show the ancestors and descendant of that person/couple.
Is that true? Is it possible to do with REunion 10? I can't seem to see an option that would format that way.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

You select the person you want to use as a root in the family view, then you open the charts page. From there you can draw a chart of descendants OR ascendants of that person.

Make sure you are on the family card that you want the source to be. Select Tree View (upper left). Once in that view, pop up the menu from the gear icon (lower right) and select how many generations up and down. It creates the chart as fast as you let the popup go.

Next, select the Action arrow (lower left) (rectangle w/curved arrow). You have the choices of Mail, Print/Preview or Copy to Clipboard. Enjoy!

Another option to those suggested above would be the Relative Chart:

Charts / Relative

Note that the Relative Chart can only have one person as a source, not a couple - it will include the ancestors and descendants of that one person.

And if you use the relative chart but want ancestors and descendants only, simply use one of the Hourglass options in the Layout popup menu.
