    Printing Footers on FGS

I cannot seem to print the footers on my Family Group Sheets anymore. I changed my printer selection to Word (although I prefer Pages). Created a FGS with Destination: Printer, because I like the old format for general purposes.
    > When I print, the footers are left off. (they show in the print window)
    > If I open as PDF,
Print Letter size, the headers nor footers show up.
Print Borderless, the headers and footers print but it
takes 3x as long to print and looks ugly. No margins, duh.

What is happening? Have I missed a box to check or am I going at this the wrong way? I like to have the date and signature on the FGS so that I know when I last printed and anyone who comes along later will know who did the research. Help, please. - pb

I have an HP Officejet 7410, my Mac is a MBP Retina running OSX10.8.4.

Have you tried keeping the paper size "letter" and reducing the image from 100% to 90 or 95% or if it's available, checking a "reduce to fit" box?

Thank you for the suggestion. I reduced the size to 95% and did get the headers and footers. I hope I can remember to make that change EVERY time I do a print. Not a graceful solution but certainly an effective one. Thanks, Randy.
