    Memos

    I am new to Reunion and still feeling my way around. When filling information into Events I am given the option of a Memo box to include any other information I want to add. I have used this to infill information such as Witness's etc. However when I produce a Report this information doesn't appear in the Report. Should I be ticking a Box somewhere.

    Hi Pat,

    What you'll need to do is enable the option to "Include memos for events". You can find this option by selecting:

    Reports / [The report you want, e.g. Register]

    Then choosing "Define Layouts..." from the Layout menu, and going to "Miscellaneous" or "Event Format" (which depends on the selected report) in the list of Settings at center of the window that drops-down. On the right you'll see the option mentioned above; check it, then create the report.

    Note that the Descendant Report does not have this option.
