Creating a cascading pedigree chart in PDF

I have tried to create a cascading pedigree chart in PDF for my nephew and three tries have crashed Reunion three times. The chart comes up in 10 pages. I then ask the computer to "print to PDF" at which point the program crashes. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a solution?

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish those celebrating the Jewish new year a Shana Tova and a year of health, happiness and success!

Please specify which program is crashing... Reunion or the printer drivers...
