Storing Documents and Photos in Reunion

I am moving photos and documents (mostly PDF scans) from my hard drive to the cloud in Dropbox (which is also backed up on my external hard drive), then copying each doc or photo into the appropriate persons/families in Reunion 10. When I open the documents in Reunion, they are not as clear as the original in Dropbox. They appear out of focus and extremely low-resolution. The photos look slightly lower-res than the originals, too, but not as bad as the documents. Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong when I move images into Reunion's multimedia fields?

Are you viewing the items in the Multimedia sidebar, or in the Media window that opens when you double-click on an item in the sidebar?
