Seeking paid help with Reunion

I am a long time Reunion user, but not an expert. I have a very extensive family file with over 3000 people in it. It has duplicates and disconnected lines that needs cleaning up. I get lost in it and would like to pay someone to work on it for me. I am in Oakland in the San Francisco Bay Area, and would prefer someone in the area here if possible, but I think we could also do it with email and a few Skype sessions. I have the file in Reunion 8,9 and 10. I would love to get some help and I am willing to pay for someone's time
