Quickbar question

When I drag a person to the quickbar, their first name and the first letter of their surname appears (see attached). Is there anyway to have the default to be their full surname (in addition to their first name) rather than having to type their full surname all the time? I tried the help file but couldn't find a solution.

No -- there is no way to change this behavior.
