Family group Sheet formatting

I have read through the most recent thread (2012) on this problem and have not been able to resolve my issue. I am using OS 10.7.5, and Word 2008 as my word processor. When I try to create a Family Group Sheet, it no longer creates it in the familiar LDS format. It shows up in .rtf format., ie.no lines, boxes, etc for the layout. Is this normal for Reunion 10, or what am I doing wrong in the set-up?

Set the Report destination to "Printer", not to your word processor. Then in the Printer dialog popup window click the "Preview" button. From there you can view the file (complete with line separators), print the file, or save the file.
This has not changed in Reunion 10 vs Reunion 9, except for the selection process.
