Frame Lines don?t function

On my descendant charts I can

After you click on the edge of the chart to select the frame, the attributes should show up in the top of the tool bar on the left side of the chart editor window. Clicking on the Inside Line and Outside Line buttons should allow you to edit the respective line. If that's not working for you, I'm not sure what else to suggest other than to contact the help desk directly.

That doesn't seem to work, it must be me. Tomorrow's a fresh day and I'll through everything again. And if all else fails, I'll make the call.
