Unwanted Information

I have opened a new No 2 family and on the family view below the persons name I now have such items as Occ - Educ - Reli and Note -- which I wish to remove

On my other No 1 family tree these do not occur I only have my notes at the top followed by birth and death at the bottom

How can I remove the items from No 2 family view and make both families the same in format
