Re: What is the easiest way to Archive Reunion
Wayne, the rename works perfect and everything is easy to find. I have not burned the folder to disk yet but I do not anticipate any problems doing that.
This procedure makes it very easy to make an accurate archive disc of what you have at a given point in your family work without broken link issues. No links to break means no text, jpgs, or sources are lost no matter what else you're doing to your mac....Excellent! That is exactly what I wanted to do easily. My input to the program is slowing down for awhile and I want to make sure an HD failure does not lose the hours of work I have put in it. Archive discs are expensive but IMO the better way that I have found to keep files safe and reliable for some time.
Thanks a lot to all for the help on this.
