My grandfather was deleted from my data base and turned into a yellow box. I reentered him and his information but there are no links to his parents. When I try to link them,it tells me they are already linked though the relationships do not show up and they do not show up as parents on my grandfathers family view. My GGrandfather is not linked to any of his children though when trying to link them it says they are already children of my GGrandfather. The relationships however do not show up for the whole family. I am not able to solve this

It sounds like there is some minor corruption in your Family File. You should e-mail your Family File to us for repair:
