Is it possible to print a tree view without the dates , for people who are alive?

No. However, it is possible to create a chart and not include dates for living people.

For example, you could create a Pedigree Chart by choosing Charts > Pedigree. Then, check the "Use privacy filtering" box. The resulting chart should not include dates for living people as long as the privacy filter has been set up appropriately.

Note: if you have never used or set up Reunion's privacy filter, it may be a good idea to check the settings for your privacy filter before creating the chart. You can check this by choosing Reunion -> Preferences. Then, select Privacy & Sensitivity. Finally, select the appropriate options under "Who is private" and "What to do with private people."

Additional information about using the privacy filter and about the different charts Reunion can create can be found in your manual by searching for "privacy filter" and "what chart," respectively. (Note: when searching the manual, do not include quotes or other punctuation.) To access the manual, choose Help -> Contents or click on the "?" in the lower-left corner of any Reunion window.
