    iCal exporting without 'Private'

    Hello,

I've been a Reunion 9, and then 10, user for quite some time, so I quite like to find ways of getting Reunion to output interesting data in useful ways, but i'm stuck at the moment so thought i'd turn to you, to see if you know how it would be possible to achieve the following:

I want to export the various event data into an iCal file, but NOT include anyone who is flagged as 'Private'.

I'm absolutely fine with exporting the iCal data for the various events, it's just the exclusion of 'Private' that i'm struggling with.

I can see that I can export unmarked, marked, or just Living people from the export options, so my other question might be - How do i turn all 'Private' people 'Marked' (temporarily) so that I can avoid exporting them into an iCal file?

I'm playing with embedded Google Calendars, so would like to import the iCal file into it (which i was able to do in a test), but don't want those 'Private' people.

Any ideas? Hope you can help.

I should add, that in my test, I found that multiple Private people WERE definitely appearing in the iCal file.

      Hi Andrew,

What are your current settings for privatizing people?

      You can find them in:

Reunion -> Preferences... , Privacy & Sensitivity, Privacy, Who is private

      Thanks,
