    Web card formatting

Love Reunion, and the ability to generate web cards is really helpful! I have an issue now where they list these for each person:

    b.
    d.
    bur.
    Spencer Olin GEDCOM.
    rel.
    mev.
    na.

I don't know how the "Spencer Olin GEDCOM" got added as a default, and I've been unable to find it in the preference views so I can't undo it. Previously, I imported a GEDCOM which I gave that name, but that import didn't affect the view in the program (desktop or iOS) just the web cards. Weird. Help!

One possibility is that you have a flag defined as "Spencer Olin GEDCOM"

    One way to check...

    Reunion > Prefernces > Fields > Flags
Then look through your flags and see if any are defined as "Spencer Olin GEDCOM"

    Another way to check...

    Reports > Web Project.
In the Elements section, look for the Family Cards Layout pop-up menu button.
Choose Define Layouts and see if Flags are included.

      Thanks, Frank.

Yes, I have a flag defined as such, but I have ten flags and none of the others imposed themselves into my layout formatting default.

For the person field in my layout, I have an "extended" layout with birth, death, burial, religion, misc. event and naturalization all checked. I do not have flags checked.

The names of flags only appear on the family cards of web projects if they are checked. That would explain why you'll see the name of a flag under one person, but not under another person.

Web projects usually contain family cards and person sheets. I'm not sure, from your description, if you're seeing the name of this flag unexpectedly in person sheets of the web project, or on the family cards of the web project. Keep in mind that each element (person sheets and family cards) has its own customizable layout. Thus you can include flags in one place, but not the other.

At this point you may want to send us some screen shot examples (email to help@leisterpro.com) which should clarify what you're describing, and then we can offer a better explanation.

No. I do not have any flags checked.

The one flag that appears appears on ALL family cards of all families, not just those with that flag.

The problem is with the family cards only. There are no problems with the person sheets.
