Send web project to Windows computer

Reunion Help says I can send a web project to a windows computer. I want to send my file via the internet. It seems like the person at the other end can only work with part of the file. The link to the index is:

file:///Users/williamdavidson/Desktop/Report%20208,%20Web%20Project/index.htm

So at their end they can't open the folder.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

That's a file URL, it gives the address of a file on your local computer, not a file on the Internet. Generally, only a person working on your computer would have access to that file.

To have someone else work on your file, you need to either send it to them, put it on the Internet and have them download it (for example, by using Dropbox), or provide access to your computer over the Internet (GoToMyMac, or something similar).
