Print out of family group sheet messed up..

Hi-I am in the throes of organizing and want to print family group sheets. I have run into a problem-one page of one of my sheets the text is all messed up at the bottom of the page. I will attach it so that you can see what is happening. I don't see any way to fix this. I opened the pdf in Preview and tried printing there but it doesn't matter because the information is all garbled. Take a look and let me know what I can do. Judy
