    creating a new Family File

I created a GEDCOM and want to export it to a new family file . On selecting create new family file... the screen that shows up looks like an old version , possibly Reunion 9. Shouldn't the new empty file look the same as my current family file?
Noticed that photos do not show up.
Is this format as it should be with version 10.06?

Is version 9 still on your Mac? From what you describe, it sounds like 9 opened instead of 10. If that is not the case, I'm not sure what is going on.

Are you sure you want to use gedcom? instead of marking people and creating new family file?

Gedcom is very inefficient way of transferring info, even from Reunion to Reunion
