Accidentally worked on old family tree file - conflict (not dropbox related)

I accidentally made *significant* changes to an archived reunion family tree file. I attempted to reconcile the trees
    (1) by source and
    (2) by person
but I'm certain there is still some information missing. This was not caused by a Dropbox conflict—simply a user error. Any suggestions for how to go about tracking the information that was added to the old file? The conflicts are substantial--I've already reconciled the source citations and people listings, however I am concerned about other fields that I may have made changes in (birthdates, marriages, notes)

I would suggest going to the Find selection and trying "Changed Today" to find all the records whose most recent change date was today.

If "Today" isn't what you want, replace "today" in the choice with a date. You can also select "Is" or "Is Not", "Before" or "After" to get the command to do what you want.

Keep in mind, this will show you the most recent change date for these records, it may not get everything you want if some of them have been changed again since the error, as you seem to indicate with the "already reconciled" statement. Still, it should find most of what you're seeking.

    Hope this helps.
