Marked set

I have 14 people in a marked set that (I think) do not belong but I want to save them and their facts. I would like to make a family file of these 14 people and save them for maybe using later. Than I want to remove them from current file. What would be the best way to do this and not ruin my current file?

If they are the only people in the file that are marked:

[1] save a backup copy of your file, just in case
[2] File -> Export -> Reunion Family File -> Marked people and their spouses
[3] click the Export button and name the file for your 14 people
[4] File -> Delete -> Marked people
[5] click the Proceed button to delete the 14 people from your main file.
