Default Folder

I am using R 12 v 181002 and I cannot change the location of my folders for : reports charts etc.... After each attempt , it revert to the default settings.

Hi Alain,

Please try deleting preferences as outlined in #3 under "Things to try..." in this FAQ.

We did some quick testing and aren't seeing an issue here, so it may be that your preferences files have been corrupted somehow.

If the problem persists after deleting preferences, please let us know.

I deleted the reunion plist in /Library/Preferences.

But believe my error was that when selecting a folder I had to Open it first (double click), then choose Select.

Whichever is the real fix, it now works fine.
