How to reset

Hello all,

My family file (in DropBox) does not sync anymore. And when I use the "Sharing Status" command, I don't see any Reset Button. What should I do?

Is your Mac listed in the Sharing Status dialog box? If not, you might be signed out of your Dropbox and just need to log back in. Another possibility is that the family file was moved out of the local Dropbox folder on your Mac.

Note: First line in Sharing should display the path to the local Dropbox folder including the family file (Users > YourName > Dropbox > FamilyFileName). Following that, there should be two lines each for the involved Apple devices.
