linking child from island

Using Islands, I found I have two children of one couple on their own 'islands'. Trying to add them to the family using the instructions doesn't work. They just don't 'add'. So I have one daughter (Ada) who shows that her parents are John and Emeline, but John and Emeline show no children in their family view. I don't know where to begin.

It sounds like there may be a minor linking issue in the file. I'd recommend sending the file to us so that we can take a look at it here -- we should be able to correct the linking issue and return a fixed file to you.
