Keeping deceased parents of living individuals private

Hello Folks,

I'm using Reunion 12.

Might any one know of a privacy setting and/or an option to use when with the 'marking' feature whereby I can treat the deceased parent(s) of living individuals as private? Given that mother's maiden name was used for years by many companies for customer verification, this would seem to be prudent.

I know I could certainly this manually, but even in a modest sized tree, there's a possibility that I could miss one when exporting the data.

This should work..

Find all the people who are Living and Mark them

Go to Find ------> Couples and set the criteria to Children ------> # of Marked Children - More Than - 0

Click Find

Now Mark Everybody in List.

This should now give you all the Living people as Marked, AND all their parents Marked

Then you can exclude them when you create the export
