I would like to find all Sources used by those individuals that I've marked. I want to have the Source Number, and generating a Book or other Report does not seem to do that. Any means to do so?

I believe what you are wanting can be done in the List - Citations window. To access that List window, open your family file and press "Command" and "L" on your keyboard. Then, select Citations in the left column of that List window. Finally, select these options from the Who and Include menus...
Who: Marked people
Include: All sources
