Uploading mov file to my Web Project

My 300 mb movie file will not load into my web project. In the multimedia sidebar of the individual in Reunion, the file plays fine.

When you say it will not load - do you mean that it's not included in the files for the web project, or that it is present and on the media page for the appropriate person, but the video won't play when you try to view it in the web project?

And what web browser are you using to view the web project? Also, are you able to provide a link to it so that I can take a look at it here?

It is not included in the files for the web project.

For the appropriate person on the media page in the Reunion app there are three files, two jpgs, and the video. One of the jpgs is new and it loaded into the web project. As you can see only the jpgs show and not the video in the web project.

I'll upload the video here and see what you can do. There was an error uploading the file. Can you send me your email and I can try and upload it that way unless you have another idea. It's a mov. file.

Ray, You won't be able to email a 300mb movie--or anything. Just way too big! When needed, I use a web site called WeTransfer. It is free, secure, and fast.

You can go to my link I sent you. I've uploaded to the web project with the original movie file which is a mp4 file that is 112mb. The movie file shows and plays, but without the sound.

Let me try and upload that mp4 file here. It will not upload here. So if you want to see that file send me an email where I can send it.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the link - please send the original MOV file to us, I'd like to test with it here. Note: not the MP4 that's created with the web project, but the original file that is linked to your family file.
