How to split the family tree

My sister in law just got her results from Ancestry DNA and now wants to post only my spouses side of my family tree. I am running version 12 on my Mac. Is there an easy way to do it then to export that part as a GEDCOM file. I have the sinking feeling that I might have to mark her people and that would be over 4000.

Assuming that she would only wants blood relatives, then you can Mark Groups - Who:Blood Relatives of:<your wife>
