Another multimedia question

Hi, i didn't get a reply to my query a couple of days ago but I now have another question. I understand that when a file is added to a person's multimedia area, a link is made to where the file is stored on the computer. I have just found that I can highlight, and copy to the clipboard, a section of something like a parish record page on the web and paste it directly into the mm area. It shows up just as the other files do but there is no other copy left on the computer? I am happy with that but wondered about permanency in the future and will it sync with the iPad.

There should be -- it should be in:

Pictures/Reunion Pictures/Imported Media/

(The Pictures folder is inside your users Home folder.)

...will it sync with the iPad.

It should, yes.
