Formatting Descendant Reports

I would like to create Descendant Reports with each person's name, birthdate, birthplace, death date, and death place all on one line. Is that possible?
So something like this:
Joe Smith, 3 Jan. 1922, Chicago, - 3 Feb. 1977, Los Angeles.
