How does everyone list a child that was conceived by a parent who was married and had an affair with a married man

Add the biological father as an additional spouse and mark the marriage as Unmarried. Add the child to the new family card.
You can delete the biological father if you want.
If the child is adopted by the mother's husband, add the child to their family card (from the sidebar, not a new person) and mark as Adopted.
