Exporting gedcom with correct source person...

Good morning-I searched but could not find in previous posts if anyone has asked this question.

When I want to generate a gedcom I select someone to be the source. I mark their relatives and then export the gedcom. When I go to import that gedcom, the source person I marked as source is not the one that comes up. I have to designate again who I want to be the "point person". Is there a way to generate a gedcom and keep the source person as the one that comes up first? I hope that I have explained this well enough.

No, this is not a feature of the GEDCOM file specification.
