Removing source

Remove Source button does not work under source Citation: Marriage.

It works in my Reunion 12 file. Make sure that you have the citation selected, which will activate the button.

dfilpus is correct and this also applies to Reunion 13. The "Remove Source" button will be disabled until a Source Citation is selected/active/highlighted/blue. If you have more than one source for an event, make sure the correct one is selected before you remove it.
