"Owner" field in Source "Family Bible" Template, & what if source is in 2 formats?

I'm duplicating the Family Bible Source Template to use for a prayer book in which my great grandmother hand wrote birth, death, and marriage dates. I've found some of the information nowhere else. I have 2 questions. Am I correct in assuming that the "owner" field in the Family Bible template refers to the original owner of the Bible? Or does it refer to the current owner?
I'll be attaching a photo of each relevant page with the handwritten information as a (multimedia) source. I assume I need to create a source record for each page?
    I'm using Reunion 12.
Thanks for any help you can provide. I'm still climbing the Reunion learning curve.

I think you are correct in that just "owner" is ambiguous. Change it to something that is less ambiguous like "Original Owner" or "Inherited From" or whatever you want. You can also make new fields to add to this template.

I would consider the whole prayer book as a single source. Combine the digitized pages into a single document and when you add the source citation for an individual piece of data (like birth, death, or marriage date) use the source detail field to record the page number and, maybe, the line number.

That is just what I would do. This question will often arise as you go forward, and it's worth deciding not just for now, but as a general approach to sources. There are two schools of thought, and as you can see, I am of one persuasion, Blaise the other. The pros and cons have been debated a few times in this forum.
