Organizing my work

What is the best chart to use for the following. I think I need to see the whole family at a glance so I can note what is missing and what I want to work on. I am trying to get more organized. I keep flip-flopping around and going down these rabbit holes and need to organize before I drive myself crazy. I have been going between the fan chart and the descendant chart, not sure which is best.

Rabbit holes are an occupational hazard with genealogy ! Sometimes they lead to gold dust, most times not. Don't avoid them but put a limit on the length of your leash and blackout when you reach it.
