    dropbox

I am using Reunion 12 with a Mac and Reunion Touch with Dropbox. Successfully synching. I am using a new MacBook and family files do not appear on the app. Have logged into Dropbox - files are there but don't appear on Reunion app. Advice please.

It sounds like you will need to adjust the location for Reunion 12 to look for family files. I.e., open your Finder and go to your Dropbox folder. Open your version 12 famiiy file from that location. Then, choose Reunion -> Preferences and click on Folders. On the left side, click on Family Files. Then, on the right, click the "Choose other folder..." button and use the window that opens to navigate to and select your Dropbox folder. Finally, click Select. Afterward, if Reunion 12 does not open directly to that family file in Dropbox, it should open showing the contents of your Dropbox folder where you can easily select your version 12 family file to be opened.

I hope you find this helpful

Thank you. I got to the Preferences- Folders -choose Other Folders - Dropbox part. My files are there, but "clouded" and not selectable.

You will not be able to select the family files within that window as it is wanting you to select the folder in which the family files are being stored. I.e., when you get to that window, click "Select."

I hope you find this helpful in moving forward
