I have “converted” my charts, previously created in Reunion 12, to Reunion 13, by using Locate Family File to link the charts to my new Reunion 13 family file. But whenever I try to work with these charts, by right-clicking on a box and choosing either Put Preferred Picture in Box or Update from Family File, the application immediately crashes. I can continue to work on these charts in Reunion 12, but then they are linked to an outdated and since-changed family file. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Robert, I tried doing what you described, and didn't have a crash, but it's possible I didn't follow exactly the same path. Just spitballing here, but I'm wondering if it would make any difference if you were to open your Reunion 12 chart in Reunion 13, and then do a Save As so it will be a Reunion 13 chart, and then do your linking and edits on the new copy. -
Thanks, Tim! That is a brilliant suggestion, and it worked like a charm. FYI, after Saving the copy As a Reunion 13 chart, I still had to then link it to my family file by choosing Locate Family File, but after that I was able to Put Preferred Picture in Box without it crashing.
