    Age of living persons

Version 12 gave the age of living persons, but not found the preference in version 13 to do the same, can someone advise please?

Please clarify at what location you are speaking of. If you mean on the main card, the general answer is Preferences > Family View then make sure the "Show Age" box over to the right is checked on.

When I am looking at the main card. I checked Preferences . Family View but did not see a "Show Age" box. I presume that I am looking in the wrong place ...

If you search for "options for fields under the source couple" in the manual and click on the search result with that phrase, you'll see a discussion of the "Show Age" option under the "Age" heading. I hope that helps.

Sorry but I was not complete! One also needs to click once on the Death field, then the Show Age box will display.

Thanks, found that. But what about for living people, which was shown in Version 12. All that is shown now is "?"

              Please go to:

Reunion -> Preferences..., Dates, Feasibility Checking

And make sure the Living age setting is set to something reasonable (the default is 110). It sounds like this may have somehow been set to a much lower age.

Note that after changing this setting you'll need to navigate to a new family record in the Family View for it to have an impact on the ages shown there.
