Change in source citation detail after entering a tab.

In R12, working In the Name tab, entering a tab after a citation detail would advance the cursor to the First & Mid Name field. In R13, the insertion point does not move from the citation detail field.

Events, Facts, and Notes work as before.

Is there a setting to return to R12's behavior?
