KirkS - Stupid question: are you aware of the Cascading Pedigree chart in the Charts panel?
LOL.. Yes, But I didn't convey it very well, did I? In fact, that was my whole point -- I prefer those charts to Bob's method.

Yes, deleting the source person wiped the chart clean. Did the Place Picture and from that point on, just normal charting experience.
The chart at 100% printing was going to be 16 sheets. Printed a single page and noted huge boxes and print (about = to 24 point). Used Page Setup and reduced printing to 60% (after exploring a couple other numbers). This reduced it to 6 sheets and about = to 12 point.
