If you put it in Surname, Givenname it should work

If you put it in Surname, Given Name it should work

This is correct, if the original poster is putting his name into the People Sidebar.

However, just to clarify, if the Find feature is used, the name can be entered [Given Name Surname].

Also, when you are not sure about the Given Name, you can search, in the sidebar, by first name. Just enter a comma then the Given Name like ",Frank" (without the quote marks). That will give you all the Franks in your database.
