problems with citation list

I am getting a blank screen when trying to see citations for each source...I tried closing reunion and reopening as well as restarting my computer. Need some help here please, not sure whats happening.

Well, I cannot produce a Sources list, nor, consistently, a Multimedia List - and in trying to go back to People, Reunion 13 crashes.

Have you updated to the latest build (210201)? Or did you and this started happening? Or?

Yes, I have the latest build. I can't be sure though if it started happening just after the build or if it worked for a while first. I didn't notice a problem right away and I use this function often. I did get an error while getting the update, (couldn't connect to server) but I tried it a second time and it said I have the latest version.

Well, I updated as soon as updates were available. Reunion says I have the latest update.My problems started yesterday
